Alyssa mainly deals with civil and corporate law, focusing her practice both on assisting companies on ordinary (judicial and extrajudicial) matters and on M&A transactions.

She graduated in law from University of Udine, with a final dissertation on compound interest and usury in bank credit agreements.

Before being admitted to the bar, she also gained specific expertise on business agreements as well as on public contracting sector, with particular regard to tender and procedures for assigning work, services and supplies.

She has been enrolled at the Bar Association of Udine and she has joined the Firm since March 2023.
