Ilaria mainly provides legal assistance to companies both in judicial and extrajudicial context,  M&A operations and corporate reorganizations.

In October of 2023, she graduated in law at the University of Udine, with a thesis focused on IP law.

In 2024, she enrolled to the Luiss School of Law, attending a II Level Master in Business & Company law.

She has joined the firm since September 2024.

She is enrolled with the Bar Association of Trainee Lawyers in Udine.
