Emma primarily deals with business assistance, both in judicial and extrajudicial matters, including M&A transactions and corporate restructuring.

She graduated from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna in February 2025 with a thesis in European Union Law written in English.

She has joined the Firm since March 2025.

She is enrolled with the Bar Association of Trainee Lawyers in Udine.
