Priscilla has developed specific skills and she advises clients in the field of M&A transactions and commercial contracts and business law.

She assists Italian and foreign companies in the acquisition and sale of corporate participation, also providing them with assistance and advice in contractual matters.

After a master in sports law, she also deals with sports law by advising clubs, coaches, players and agents, nationally and internationally, in out-of-court and litigation proceedings before sports justice bodies.

She is a member of the Federal Territorial Tribunal and Sports Court of Appeal LND FVG (Football National Amateur League in Friuli Venezia Giulia), a sports justice body.

She graduated in law, with full marks, at Università Bocconi of Milan and she is enrolled at the Bar Association of Pordenone.
