Valentina mainly deals with civil and corporate law, focusing her practice both on assisting companies on corporate and contractual matters, and on M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations.

In 2019, she graduated in law, with top marks, from University of Udine, with a final dissertation on private-international reflections of the defamation via the Internet.

She has joined the Firm since April 2020.

She is registered at the Bar Association of Udine.
