Michele, after having worked for several years for a leading Italian law firm, decided to found the Firm.

He mainly deals with civil, commercial and corporate litigation, by assisting industrial and institutional clients. Particularly, he has gained significant professional expertise in litigation related to civil liability, both contractual and non-contractual, private procurements, insurance law, medical malpractice, banking law and recovery procedures, from monitory and judicial phase to executive one.

His practice also focuses on extrajudicial consulting, by providing companies (and more) with ordinary legal advice and drafting the main commercial contracts.

He has attended several training and professional courses, including the Business School on organizational model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, organized by Il Sole 24 Ore, and other courses on business crisis management, arbitration, mediation and structured negotiation. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of several companies of northern Italy.

He has given many lectures, at a leading public company in Udine, on the criminal liability of companies under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, with particular focus on whistleblowing and corruption offences.

He graduated in law from the University of Udine and he is registered at the Bar Association of Udine.
